Holiday Card Games

Holiday Card Games

Johan Brown

Your schedule is probably jam-packed with gatherings as December draws close, whether festive holiday parties with friends and strangers or traditional feasts with family. I don't know about you, but for me, entertainment is one of the most crucial aspects of any holiday gathering. The type of entertainment varies from party to party: for some. It's creating a great holiday playlist; for others, it's selecting a movie marathon that the entire group will like.

To me, a party isn't complete until the games are brought out, and there's nothing better than a good old-fashioned card game. And I'm not referring to gin rummy or poker. We've picked together 12 of the greatest card games available, from classics like Uno and Cards Against Humanity to emerging titles you and your loved ones won't be able to put down.

Without a pack of UNO, what is a gaming collection? Players compete to tactically eliminate all of their cards by skillfully matching numbers and colors in this age-old game.

This is a game for all ages to enjoy. You won't be able to put this one down once you start reading.

You'll feel appreciative after finishing the game In The Loop. Place the shuffled deck in the middle of the group to begin. Whoever just celebrated a birthday gets to choose first.

The player chooses whether only they respond to each Connect Card or the entire group does. The chosen player for each Make Moves Card must carry out the group's mission.
